What is my expected delivery time?

Each item is custom made for your order. Approximate delivery time is 4-8 business days to arrive. Due to demand, some items may ship separately.

Can I track the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be able to use your provided tracking number to view the status of your order.

Who will be delivering my order?

Our couriers are USPS and FedEx.

Do I need to be there to sign for it?

Nope! If you're not home when your order arrives the carrier will leave the order at your door.

 Yes, with the exceptions of North Korea, Cuba and Iran.

What is your return policy?

We have a thirty day limit on our returns. Send us a picture of any defects with your item and we will reship another item out to you. If you're looking to return an item because you simply do not want the item anymore, you will need to pay to ship the item back to us. Check our return policy for more information.
